We have three technicians on our staff, with combined experience of seventy years.  They each have been trained on our entire Savin copier / printer product line, at Savin’s training center.  Though they each have a wall full of school diplomas, they each attend several schools every year, to keep their knowledge up-to-date. 

We are the authorized Savin dealer for Cullman, Blount, and Marshall counties.  In addition, we are the Brother Elite Service Center for those counties as well, servicing Brother fax machines and laser printers. 

It’s probably not widely known, but Savin is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ricoh Corporation.  For a number of years, Ricoh has manufactured equipment, which is marketed under several different brand names, including Ricoh, Savin, Gestetner, Monroe, and Lanier.  What that means to you is that, if you have any of these equipment brands, and it’s not performing as it should, we can help.  Just give us a call at 734-1900, and talk with one of our experienced Service Technicians.  They can help you pinpoint the problem, and work with you in getting your equipment back to doing its job—so you can do yours.
